Dr Deepak Chhabra is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. He has practised as a consultant for over 15 years and has performed more than 5,000 cancer surgeries.
His qualifications are MS (Bombay), DNB and FRCS (Edinburgh), together with a fellowship in GI surgical oncology. He trained in hepato-biliary and pancreatic cancer surgery at Nagoya University in Japan and in laparoscopic and robotic cancer surgery at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
